Amy is the founder of AKalaid, an on-demand operational partner leveraged by VC investors to speed their founders time to market. She also serves as a Senior Advisor to eDot Invest, an investment fund connecting the dots between innovation and investment. Amy began her career in IBM, followed by senior sales roles at Buddy Media, Salesforce, and DigitasLBi. Amy has also held the role of partner in the venture capital fund Andreesen Horowitz.

Rita currently is an angel investor at 37 Angels. She also owns Ozma Advisory, which identifies organizational inefficiencies to better facilitate innovation. Rita possesses a background in sales and HR that allows her to provide actionable advice to investors and startups. Previously Rita served as External VP and COO of New America Marketing. Rita graduated from Syracuse University with a degree in Communication and Advertising.
