The Monarq Incubator was an invaluable program for SnappyScreen. During the 4 months, we were able to build friendships with other great female founders in our cohort, raised our seed round of funding, and met many SMEs that provided advice on how to grow and further progress our business. We are very thankful to be a part of such a supportive community of women!

KRISTEN McCLELLAN

Participating in the Monarq Incubator was one of the most impactful things to ever happen to our team. As a team that is primarily female and minority, we're keenly aware of the hurdles that exist. The Monarq Incubator provides a level of elevation, education, and exposure that would normally take years to achieve in just a few months.

JESSICA SOBHRAJ

The Monarq Incubator was absolutely worth our time and money. The program was very informative, and the network was extremely valuable and useful. We made meaningful connections through Monarq! It led to team growth, and introductions to potential investors as well as potential partnerships. Diana and Irene are real live rockstars who really care about the success of female founders.

MEET THE FOUNDERS

High up on the summit of a tropical mountain in Borneo, Malaysia the first seeds of Monarq were planted. Meet Diana Murakhovskaya and Irene Ryabaya, two passionate and adventurous women who decided on a backpacking trip to trade their desk jobs on Wall Street for a chance to build a company that improved the lives of women.

During their first entrepreneurial experience creating a friendship iPhone app for women, the duo experienced firsthand the many challenges that female founders face. As their network in NYC grew through high impact events, Diana and Irene realized that their expertise lies in creating programs for women-led companies to access funding and resources. The two women sought to create a different kind of accelerator program. Now more than ever, these ladies are determined to create opportunities for more women to start, grow, and fund their businesses!
